Tymeka Y. Whiteside, founder, and Chief Executive Officer of BEHOLD, is a leader in providing high quality services to individuals and businesses alike to ensure their budgetary boundaries are not compromised. She is a Professional Coach with credentials in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Professional Counseling and Paralegal Studies. She is also a Board Certified Life Coach. She has hands-on experience in business continuity, leadership development and healthy community growth.

Under Whiteside’s leadership, BEHOLD has structured their diverse offerings into divisional entities that not only meet the needs of their clientele, but they also meet needs within the community by providing the necessary resources for success. She has developed a packaging of cost savings services that are vital to any organization that has quality & profit margins as a focus in this economically volatile market. Additionally, she has developed a non-traditional self-development curriculum to meet the needs of the members of the community.

Whiteside is a leader in academia, community services, individual growth & development as well as being a leader in the Christian community. She has served in many leadership roles from community organizational president to professional development coach in the corporate arena. She served as a leader within Chaplaincy Services of a major hospital network in Georgia. She is further recognized nationally in the Christian arena for her devotion to holistic mentorship and leadership.

Raised in North Carolina by loving professionally employed parents, Whiteside earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University. She went on to complete the Master’s program in Public Administration at NCCU. She later earned her Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She also holds a paralegal certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and she seeks to complete a doctoral program in Strategic Leadership.
